Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.

Discount Products are nonrefundable, and not applied to the return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

-Your item must be in the original packaging.

-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

You have 14 calendar days to claim for a full refund of an item from the date you received it. If you claim for a refund within more than 14 days, the claim will be automatically rejected and you will be allowed to claim for exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment gateway or card issuer's policies.

 

Exchange

You have 30 calendar days to claim for an exchange of your item from the date you received it.

There will be no money returned if you exchange for item at a lower price.

You will pay the difference in price if you exchange for item at a higher price.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

-Your item must be in the original packaging.

-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Paypal Purchase
PayPal purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, 

or may be returned exclusively to our online store for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

If a package has been lost by the postal service, we please ask that you file a missing package claim with the local post office.

Full Return Policy
 "At the time, we only accept exchanged in the country of the United States. That being said the accessories may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund (except personalized items and PayPal purchases) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.  PayPal purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned exclusively to our online store for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.  All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect salable condition.
